Sandoz Chhel, 39, born in Montpellier to a Cambodian father and a Spanish mother, will surprise you with a blend of flavors.

A lover and enthusiast of cooking from an early age, Sandoz is a chef by trade.

After 10 years of practice in several establishments in the Paris region, Sandoz felt more and more attracted by pastry-making and its rigor, and decided to perfect his skills even further.
He also worked for 10 years in this field in leading establishments such as “La durée” in Paris and “Maison Bonnaire” in Montpellier.
